2023 Proficiency Test (PT) on Colorants (Banned dyes) in Textile started

Summary of this proficiency test:

 

On 3 May 2023 the proficiency test on Colorants (Banned dyes) in Textile started with 84 participants from 25 different countries. On that date, the samples were dispatched to the laboratories.

Please confirm sample receipt as soon as you have received and checked the contents of the sample package via www.kpmd.co.uk/sgs-iis-cts/. Please enter the date of receipt and press the "save date" button.

 

The samples can be analyzed on: Disperse Blue 1, 3, 7, 26, 35, 35a, 35b, 102, 106, 124, Disperse Brown 1, Disperse Orange 1, 3, 76=37, Disperse Red 1, 11, 17 and Disperse Yellow 1, 3, 9, 39, 49, Acid Red 26, Basic Blue 26, Basic Red 9, Basic Violet 3, 14, Direct Black 38, Direct Blue 6, Direct Red 28, Disperse Orange 11, 149, Disperse Yellow 23, Basic Green 4 (oxalate), Basic Green 4 (chloride), Basic Green 4 (free) and Navy Blue.

 

 

The deadline for reporting results is set on 9 June 2023. A laboratory that reports test results after the deadline will definitely not get direct feedback in case any of its results are suspect! So be in good time to get the most out of this proficiency test.

The test results should be reported via our internet based results reporting platform www.kpmd.co.uk/sgs-iis-cts/. A login and a password can be requested via email to nl.iis@sgs.com
