Summary of this proficiency test:

On 1 March 2017 the proficiency test on Jet Fuel A1 started with 111 participants from 54 different countries.

On that date, the samples were dispatched to the laboratories. Enclosed to the samples was the material safety data sheet (MSDS).

Please confirm sample receipt as soon as you have received and checked the contents of the sample package via www.kpmd.co.uk/sgs-iis/. Please enter the date of receipt and press the "save date" button.

The samples can be analyzed on: Aromatics by FIA, Aromatics by HPLC, Colour Saybolt, Density @ 15°C, Distillation (IBP, 10% recovered, 50% recovered, 90% recovered, FBP) Existent gum, Freezing Point, Mercaptan, Particle Size, Smoke Point, Specific Energy, Total acidity, Total Sulphur, Naphthalenes, MSEP, Flash Point, JFTOT and Viscosity @ -20°C.

The deadline for reporting results is set on 7 April 2017. A laboratory that reports test results after the deadline will definitely not get direct feedback in case any of its results are suspect! So be in good time to get the most out of this proficiency test.
