Summary of this proficiency test:

On 1 February 2017 the proficiency test on Gasoline started with 113 participants from 63 different countries.

On that date, the samples were dispatched to the laboratories. Enclosed to the samples were the instructions to the participants for this proficiency test and the material safety data sheet (MSDS).

Please confirm sample receipt as soon as you have received and checked the contents of the sample package via www.kpmd.co.uk/sgs-iis/. Please enter the date of receipt and press the "save date" button.

The samples can be analyzed on: API gravity, Benzene, Copper corrosion 3hrs at 50ºC, Silver corrosion 3hrs at 50ºC, Distillation, Doctor test, Density @15ºC, Existent gum (washed), Olefins, Aromatics, Pb, Oxygenates, Phosphorus, Sulphur, Oxygen content, Oxidation Stability, RON/MON, Total vapour pressure and DVPE.

The deadline for reporting results is set on 10 March 2017. A laboratory that reports test results after deadline will definitely not get direct feedback in case any of its results are suspect! So be in good time to get the most out of this proficiency test.
