Summary of this proficiency test: On 26 October 2016 the proficiency test on Hydraulic Oil (Fresh) started with 47 participants from 45 different countries. On that date, the samples were dispatched to the laboratories. Enclosed to the samples were the instructions to the participants for this proficiency test and the material safety data sheet (MSDS). Please confirm sample receipt as soon as you have received and checked the contents of the sample package via www.kpmd.co.uk/sgs-iis/. Please give date of receipt and press "save/button".
The samples can be analyzed on: Total Acid Number, Copper Strip 3hrs @50°C, Density @ 15°C, Flash Point PMcc,
Kinematic viscosity @ 40°C, Kinematic viscosity @ 100°C, Foaming Characteristics, Foaming Tendency, Foam Stability, Viscosity Stabinger at 40°C and at 100°C, Pour Point Manual/ Automated, Sulphur,
Water Separability, Water, Ca, P and Zn.
The deadline for reporting results is set on 2 December 2016.
A laboratory that reports test results after deadline will definitely
not get direct feedback in case any of its results are suspect! So be in
good time to get the most out of this proficiency test. |
