Proficiency Test on Biodiesel B100 started

Summary of this proficiency test:

On 14 September 2016 the proficiency test on Biodiesel B100 started with 78 participants from 32 different countries.

On that date, the samples were dispatched to the laboratories. Enclosed to the samples were the instructions to the participants for this proficiency test and the material safety data sheet (MSDS).

Please confirm sample receipt as soon as you have received and checked the contents of the sample package via www.kpmd.co.uk/sgs-iis/. Please give date of receipt and press "save/button".

The samples can be analyzed on: Acid Number, Acid Value, Carbon Residue , CFPP, Cloud Point, Copper Strip Corrosion , Density @15 ēC, Flash Point , Iodine number, KinematicViscosity @ 40 ēC, Oxidation Stability , Sulphur, Sulphated Ash, Water, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus , Pourpoint, Potassium, Sodium, Methanol, Monoglycerides, , Diglycerides , Triglycerides , Free Glycerol, Total Glycerol, Total Ester Content, Linolenic Acid Methyl Ester, Polyunsaturated methyl esters, Calorific Value Gross, Monoglycerides, Diglycerides, Triglycerides, Free Glycerol, Total Glycerol, Cetane Number and Total Contamination.

The deadline for reporting results is set on 21 October 2016. A laboratory that reports test results after deadline will definitely not get direct feedback in case any of its results are suspect! So be in good time to get the most out of this proficiency test.
