| Proficiency Test on VAM

Summary of this proficiency test: On 27 January 2016 the proficiency test on VAM started with 26 participants from 19 different countries. On that date, the samples were dispatched to the laboratories. Enclosed to the samples were the instructions to the participants for this proficiency test and the material safety data sheet (MSDS).
The samples can be analyzed on: Acidity, App.Spec. Gravity ,Colour, Purity, Methylacetate, Ethylacetate, Acetone, Acetaldehyde, Inhibitor, Density @ 20°C, Distillation and Water.
The deadline for reporting results is set on
4 March 2016. A laboratory that sends in results after deadline will definitely
not get direct feedback in case any of its results are suspect! So be in good time to get the most out of this proficiency test. |
