Summary of this proficiency test:

On 5 November 2014 the proficiency test on Transformer Oil (Used) started with 61 participants from 33 different countries.

On that date, the samples were dispatched to the laboratories. Enclosed to the samples were the instructions to the participants for this proficiency test, forms for the reporting of the analysis results and the material safety data sheet (MSDS).

The samples can be analyzed on: Density @ 20°C, Di-electric dissipation Factor, Specific Resistance, Breakdown Voltage, Interfacial surface tension ,Flash Point, Kinematic Viscosity 40°C,  Water, Acid number (neutralization number), and Furanic Compounds.
