Summary of this proficiency test:

On 7 March 2012 the proficiency test on Allergenic dyes in Textile started with 77 participants out of 19 different countries.

On that date the samples were dispatched to the laboratories. Enclosed to the samples were the instructions to the participants for this proficiency test and forms for the reporting of the analysis results.

The samples have to be analyzed on 20 forbidden allergenic dyes: Disperse Blue 1, 3, 7, 26, 35, 102, 106, 124, Disperse Brown 1, Disperse Orange 1, 3, 76, Disperse Red 1, 11, 17 and Disperse Yellow 1, 3, 9, 39 and 49.

The deadline for reporting results is set on 10 April 2012. A laboratory that sends in results after deadline will definitely not get direct feedback in case any of its results are suspect! So be in good time to get the most out of this proficiency test.
